PP woven bag extrusion pelletizing machine is a double-stage plastic regenerative pelletizer, which is suitable for many kinds of plastic waste materials recycling and making pellets, such as PP woven bags, PP raffia bags, PP jumbo bag scrap material, and more. The PP woven bag can be pressed in the compressor and then be pelletized.

Applicable plastic materials: PP woven bag, PP raffia bag, PP jumbo bag, cement bag, sand woven bag, chemical bag, etc.
Material shapes: film, woven bag, fiber, rope scrap.
Material types: rolls, loose, bundled.
Material comes from offcut, industry defective materials, washed materials, and printed materials.

PP Woven Bag Extrusion Pelletizing Machine Description:

The double-stage PP woven bag extrusion pelletizing machine is especially good for raw materials that contain high moisture and high impurities. The first stage extruder adopts an exhaust-type barrel screw, which can effectively de-gas and eliminate moisture and contamination. The second extruder usually adopts a small L/D extruder, further plasticizing the material and filtering contamination to achieve stable extrusion.

Conveying feeding → Metal detector → Woven bag agglomerator/compactor → 1# Degassing screw extruder → 1# Hydraulic filter exchanger → 2# Screw extruder → 2# Hydraulic filter exchanger → Mould head → Water ring cutting → Dewatering machine → Air dryer blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing.

Conveyor: Convey PP woven bags or flakes into the compactor.
PP Woven Bag Agglomerator/Compactor: Crushes and compresses woven bags, feeding compressed woven bags into the extruder to ensure high and stable production capacity.

1# High-Speed Net Exchanging System: Filters material impurities, making production more stable.
2# Extruding System: Further plasticizes material.
2# High-Speed Net Exchanging System and Die-head: Second filtering of material impurities to ensure stable production.

Dewater Machine: Dries pellets.
Vibration Sieve: Removes bad pellets and keeps good pellets.
Air Blower: Conveys good pellets into the silo.
