Specialized shredder and crusher combined is suitable for processing all kinds of scrap wires and cables, wire and cable with a diameter of 1-200mm, such as Automobile electrical wire, car electric wire, motorcycle electric wire, power cable, communication cable, signal cables and other miscellaneous cables which cannot be processed by wire stripping machine.

Specialized shredder and crusher combined is a specialized equipment for handling waste copper cables, which can crush and separate cables into plastic and metal, and process plastic into granules for reuse. This machine achieves resource recycling and environmental benefits by efficiently processing waste cables, providing strong support for cable recycling and the plastic product industry.

Specialized shredder and crusher combined main equipment:

Cable wire shredder machine: Wires and Cables are shredded 20-40mm, the cable shredder blade is made of LD material, which has high hardness and strong wear resistance.
Copper wire granulator machine: It is used for recycling scrap cable wires to separate copper granules and plastic granules through crushing, air separation or electrostatic separation process.
Electrostatic Separator: It is an optional device of copper wire recycling machine. Thin wires which air separator is not capable to deal with, the electrostatic separator is required.
High efficiency pulse dust collector: The whole process is undersealed structure with advanced pulse dust collector, which could ensure no dust fly around during the operation.

Cable Recycling Plant Working Process:

Tearing and Preliminary Crushing: The recycling plant first uses a cable shredder to shred the waste wires/cables, controlling their length within the range of 10-20mm.
Re-crushing and Granulation: The preliminarily crushed wires and cables are transported to the wire and cable granulator through a conveyor. In the granulator, the cable is further crushed to form a mixture of 3-8mm plastic sheets and copper particles.
Vibration Sorting: The crushed mixture is sent to the vibration system, where plastic parts and copper particles are completely separated through the synergistic effect of the airflow gravity sorting machine and the vibration screen.
Classification and Dust Removal: After sorting, copper particles and plastic sheets come out from different outlets, achieving the classification and recycling of materials. At the same time, the generated dust is collected by the pulse dust collector through the air duct, ensuring the cleanliness of the working environment and the health of workers.
