Spindle Rotor:

The spindle rotor adopts a high-strength steel structure with a unique V-design. It can be customized to suit different materials, ensuring smooth and reliable machine operation through rigorous static and dynamic balance tests.

External Bearing Housings:

The housing, installed outside of the main body, uses wool felt seals between the spindle and the box to effectively prevent crushed material from entering the bearing box, thereby extending bearing life.

Opening and Closing Device by Hydraulic:

The upper and lower crushing room and screen bracket utilize hydraulic control for automatic opening and closing, facilitating machine maintenance, blade, and screen replacement, and quick completion of crushing cabinet cleaning.

Blade Changing Fixed Protection Device:

During the blade changing process, the spindle rotor is kept fixed, and the circuit is cut, making it easy to tighten fastening bolts. This prevents the operation of the machine during maintenance, ensuring safety.
