The first stage extruder adopts exhaust type of barrel screw, which can effectively de-gassing and eliminate moisture and contamination;

And the second extruder usually adopts a small L/D extruder, further plasticizing the material and filter contamination which can achieve stable extrusion.

Degassing: Force vacuum degassing system to get rid of the low molecular, moisture and printing ink effectively, make sure high quality output pellets.
Noodle Type Pelletizer: The material strips extruded from the extruder die are cooled in a long water tank filled with cooling water or cooled in the air through a conveyor belt. The cooled material strips are processed in the pelletizer
Sink: It can fully cool the plasticized material better for next process
Silo: Storage the final pellets in a bag.
