Description:

Tire crusher (also called rubber crusher, tire shredder) is a kind of equipment that can crush waste tires into rubber pieces under normal temperature. It mainly consists of tire hoisting machine, power system, crushing knife group, screening institutions, and so on.

Working Principle:

The tire crushing machine adopts a horizontal structure, overall base, and stand-alone bearing, which is good for installation, commissioning, and maintenance. The crushing of large waste rubber pieces is conducted in the crushing chamber of the rough crusher. The crushing is completed by the cutter mounted on two parallel shafts. The two axes rotate relatively according to a certain ratio, and the waste rubber is crushed under the relative movement of the jaws. The crushed rubber pieces drop onto the rotary screen. The pieces that meet the size requirement drop onto the conveyor belt through the screen holes and are then sent out; the other pieces that do not meet the standard return to the crushing chamber along with the screen and are crushed again. The cutter surface is specially processed, with advantages of high hardness, stiffness, and wear resistance. The transmission mode of the crusher: the motor is decelerated by the pulleys, transmission, and reducer two deceleration, and then drives the two spindle rotation.

The tire crushing machine is mainly used for crushing scrap rubber and waste tires. It is suitable for removing the mouth-ring steel wire and crushing truck tires, car radial tires, inner tires, rubber shoes, and other scrap waste rubber products that meet their feeding sizes. It is conducive to the waste recycling industry on old rubber coarse processing, reducing impact load noun construct of the crusher, shredder in the reclaimed rubber plant, as well as improving crushing efficiency.
The waste tire rubber crusher machinery can be used as a pretreatment device of a fully automatic continuous pyrolysis plant to process waste tires and waste rubber into fuel oil. The crusher can shred waste tires into rubber pieces of 30-50mm, which can improve the pyrolysis efficiency.
The rubber crushing machine is also used as part of a rubber powder production line to produce rubber powder or rubber particles.
