Waste Plastic HDPE Bottle Flake Pelletizing Machine Description:

Plastic flake pelletizing machine for waste plastic recycling is used to make plastic flakes into pellets or granules.

And Double stage plastic flake pelletizing machine is especially good for the raw material which contains high moisture, high impurities.

The first stage extruder adopts exhaust type barrel screw, which can effectively de-gassing and eliminate the moisture and contamination;

ZAnd the second extruder usually adopts a small L/D extruder, further plasticizing the material and filter contamination which can achieve stable extrusion.

First Stage Screw Extruder: Our unique design single screw extruder gently plasticizes and homogenizes the materials. Our extruder has great anti-corrosion resistant, wear resistant and long life time.
1# Full Auto Hydraulic Screen Changer With Double Working Position: Filter material impurity, to make production more stable.
Second Stage Screw Extruder: usually adopts a small L/D extruder, further plasticizing the material and filter contamination which can achieve stable extrusion.
2# Full Auto Hydraulic Screen Changer With Double Working Position: Long screen lifetime, lower screen change frequency: Long filter lifetime owing to large filter areas. Easy to use and none-stop type: easy and quick screen change and do not need to stop the running machine.
Degassing: Force vacuum degassing system to get rid of the low molecular, moisture and printing ink effectively, make sure high quality output pellets.
Noodle Type Pelletizer: The material strips extruded from the extruder die are cooled in a long water tank filled with cooling water or cooled in the air through a conveyor belt. The cooled material strips are processed in the pelletizer
Sink: It can fully cool the plasticized material better for next process
Silo: Storage the final pellets in a bag.

Storage silo: keep pellet.
