Working Process of Mini Copper Wire Granulator:

Scrap wires or cables that are fed into the copper wire granulator machine are chopped by the chopper and become plastic pieces and copper granules. After air and vibration separation, copper granules come out of the front outlet and plastics out of the back outlet. Dust is sent to the dust collector via the air duct.

Sharp Blades or Blunt Blades:

The cutting blades of a cable granulator are not always good to be sharp. Depending on the types of wires we may need them to be blunt.

When processing air-fine wires and multi-strand wires, fixed blades and rotating blades must be very sharp, so that copper wires can be cut off, and copper granules will have high purity.

When processing single-strand and single-core wires, fixed blades must be sharp while rotating blades shall be a little blunt. Then the spacing between rotating blades and fixed blades will just hold wires without touching the cores. In this case, the generation of plastic-clad copper granules will be avoided effectively.
