Plastic pallet shredders of Irverde Bharatvarsh Pvt. Ltd are manufactured with Euro-advanced technology, they are suitable for recycling all plastic pallets. Swing arm single shaft shredder machine is new designed especially for shredding various big solid materials, unmanageable materials, plastic containers and barrels, plastic film, plastic pipe, fiber, and paper that the normal crusher can’t handle. The materials are pushed into the shredding chamber by hydraulic. An Independent drive system and solid structure make the running stably.

Swing arm single shaft shredders are heavy-duty machines suitable for processing a wide range of materials, such as plastic pallets, plastic barrels, wood pallets, and relatively large volume materials. This range of shredders is ideal for the size reduction of flexible and/or medium hardness, voluminous products often loaded in bales. The fast acting, PLC-controlled swing pusher automatically forces the material to the rotor according to motor loading, maximizing material throughput. Machine capacities typically range between 1,500 kg/hr –9,000kg/hr+ depending on the model, material type and application.
